Anika has strong roots in Germany and Finland, where she grew up and spent her youth. Anika emigrated to the US in 2005. Since she has relocated many times and has experienced first-hand all that it entails building a life in a new town/city/state/country. Anika's sales and marketing executive career took her in myriad directions: from Amsterdam to London, Boston to Dallas, Annapolis to (finally) New York City/CT. This whirlwind of "start/stop" has given her a unique understanding of the subtle differences in business practices, work culture, and social etiquette.

Lauren joins the team after working over a decade in Manhattan’s luxury real estate market. Working with two of the city and country’s top brokers, Lauren sold over $800 million throughout her career in New York City. She is excited to bring her ability to identify every client’s individual needs, whether buying or selling their home, to the Darien, New Canaan, and Westport marketplace.
Prior to moving to New York City, Lauren grew up in Concord, MA and graduated from Middlesex School before heading onto and graduating from Trinity College in Hartford, CT where she majored in Art History and minored in Architectural Studies. After college, she handled Lower School Admissions at an all-girls school on the Upper East Side.
Lauren prides herself on being full-service to her clients from start to finish, whether that entails finding a great painter or stager to recommending movers or the best stores for day-to-day shopping in your new neighborhood. Lauren resides with her husband and daughter in a 1942 colonial at the crossroads of Darien and New Canaan. They love exploring all the area has to offer including the restaurants, shops, estate sales, parks, and beaches. When not finding or selling homes, Lauren enjoys playing golf, cooking, needlepointing, home organizing and escaping to her favorite destination (Nantucket) with her family and long-haired miniature dachshund, Nolan.
